Meet Daniel Gasparro

Clinical Integrative Nutritionist
Certified Holistic Health Coach
Clinical Researcher
Strategic Health Advisor
Daniel Gasparro combines more than three decades of executive leadership, digital transformation, healthcare strategy, and clinical wellness experience with a lifelong commitment to health, fitness, recovery, and human performance.
His work sits at the intersection of clinical nutrition, functional health, metabolic health, cardiometabolic risk, digital biomarkers, wearable technology, regenerative medicine, photobiomodulation, patient engagement, and outcomes-driven coaching.
Daniel recently completed the Certificate Program in Nutrition Strategies for Lifelong Health and Wellness through Duke University School of Medicine / Great Learning, with applied work focused on personalized nutrition strategy, metabolic health, gut health, chronic disease prevention, weight management, nutrition counseling, behavior change, and monitoring strategies. This training further supports the Beyond Vitals model: translating nutrition science into practical, sustainable, measurable change.

Not just: "What is my score?" — But: "What is my body signaling, why does it matter, and what should I do next?"
The Beyond Vitals Philosophy
Modern health is filled with data: lab results, wearable scores, sleep metrics, cholesterol panels, inflammation markers, glucose readings, heart-rate variability, blood pressure trends, and biological-age estimates.
But more data does not automatically create better health. Many people are left with numbers they do not fully understand, plans they cannot sustain, and advice that does not reflect their history, medications, stress load, recovery status, or real-life constraints.
Beyond Vitals was built around a different belief:
A score is only useful when it becomes a signal.
A signal is only useful when it leads to an informed action.
And action only matters when it improves outcomes.
Daniel’s coaching model helps clients connect the dots across nutrition, movement, sleep, recovery, stress physiology, inflammation, cardiometabolic risk, and daily behavior.
The result is a more complete picture of health — one that is lab-informed, clinically grounded, behaviorally realistic, and outcome-oriented.
What Makes Beyond Vitals Different
Daniel's background is unusual. He has led large-scale transformation efforts across healthcare, life sciences, professional services, technology, government, defense, finance, and consumer industries — while also developing deep expertise in integrative nutrition, digital health, regenerative medicine, patient engagement, and longevity strategy.
His recent certification in Nutrition Strategies for Lifelong Health and Wellness adds another layer of applied nutrition training, with emphasis on metabolic health, cardiometabolic risk, weight management, chronic disease prevention, nutrition counseling, gut health, meal planning, behavior change, and follow-up strategy.
Clients do not receive a generic wellness plan. They receive a structured, personalized framework that considers:
Health history and current goals
Cardiometabolic and inflammatory risk factors
Protein, fiber, micronutrients, and metabolic flexibility
Sleep, stress, recovery, and energy signals
Supplement and nutraceutical use
Available labs and biomarker trends
Nutrition patterns and meal timing
Medications and physician recommendations
Wearable data, when useful
Sustainable behavior change that fits real life

Why This Work Matters
Many clients come to Beyond Vitals after trying multiple diets, supplements, devices, apps, protocols, or medical recommendations without a clear organizing framework. They may have labs, wearable data, medications, symptoms, fatigue, poor sleep, inflammation, weight gain, pain, cardiovascular concerns, or post-surgical recovery needs — but no clear way to integrate the information into a coherent plan.
Daniel works with clients to identify the most relevant signals, understand what those signals may suggest, and develop practical next steps that can be coordinated with the client's physician or care team when appropriate.
This is especially important for clients navigating:
Cardiometabolic risk
Recovery after surgery or illness
Inflammation and pain
Weight change and metabolic health
Sleep, energy, and stress physiology
Executive performance and resilience
Longevity and healthy aging
Supplement and nutraceutical decisions
Red light therapy and photobiomodulation
Wearable-data interpretation
The focus is not on replacing medical care. The focus is on helping clients become better informed, better organized, and better equipped to act.
The Beyond Vitals Method

We begin with your story: health history, goals, current symptoms, medications, nutrition patterns, available labs, wearable data, and physician guidance. The objective is to understand where your body may be losing reserve, capacity, or resilience.

Together, we create a realistic plan that may include nutrition strategy, protein targets, supplement review, movement, sleep support, stress regulation, recovery protocols, and targeted education. When appropriate, Daniel may also provide guidance on photobiomodulation and red light therapy, including device selection, timing, distance, and dosing.

Health is dynamic. Your plan should be, too. Through ongoing coaching, metrics, feedback, and education, the plan is adjusted based on what your body is signaling and how your outcomes are changing.
A Physician-Aligned Coaching Model
Daniel works best with clients who want to become more active participants in their health — while respecting the role of their physicians, specialists, and licensed medical providers.
Coaching is educational and supportive. Medical diagnosis, prescribing, medication changes, and treatment decisions remain with your physician or qualified healthcare provider.
This physician-aligned model helps clients ask better questions, understand their health data more clearly, and make more informed lifestyle decisions.
